About the
Project

This Project is a piece of modern, minimalist architecture captured from a low-angle perspective. In the foreground, there is a spacious terrace paved with large-format concrete slabs, alongside a shallow pool with a clean, linear edge.

The building itself is composed of clear, cubic volumes finished predominantly in white. Strong horizontal overhangs create deep shadows and emphasize the building’s layered geometry. Slender, diagonally positioned columns support the upper volume, giving it a light, almost floating appearance.

The
Result

The facades are restrained and precise, horizontal louvers function as sun and privacy screens, while large glazed openings create a strong connection between interior and exterior spaces. Beneath the cantilevered structure, a semi-covered outdoor living area with seating and a fireplace reinforces this seamless indoor–outdoor transition.

The clear sky becomes an active element of the composition, sharpening the dialogue between light and shadow. Illumination is not incidental but structural, carving the architecture into legible planes and reinforcing its disciplined geometry. Calm emerges not from decoration, but from control — of proportion, alignment, and material restraint.

Precision governs every relationship: solid and void, weight and suspension, exposure and shelter. Clean lines are not an aesthetic gesture but a consequence of intention, allowing the building to recede into clarity. The material palette, reduced and refined, amplifies this quiet rigor, giving the architecture a contemporary elegance rooted in exactness rather than excess.
