The
Result
Delivered in under three years, the facility doubles production capacity, optimizes workflows with advanced automation, and maintains Swiss-made quality standards.
Designed with sustainability, digital innovation, and human-centered principles in mind, it features a modern glass-and-metal façade, energy-efficient systems, and ergonomic workstations.
Thermoplan “Unique” proves how strategic planning, cutting-edge technology, and employee-centric design can transform a commercial facility into a world-class, high-performance workplace — ready to meet global demand while supporting employees and the community.
The construction was done with sustainability and modern design in mind: the building has a façade made from recycled aluminum with a durable anodized coating (via the “Permalux” process), and overall the project was certified under the green‑building standard LEED. The architectural concept reflects a modern, airy, and light‑filled design: the entrance area (atrium) is spacious and bright — and that’s where the Café unique is located.
